• Jquery.mentionsInput-V 1.6.0
• Underscore-V 1.8.3

Since mention-input is used to show users, just typing their name, and underscore is a plugin that mention-input has dependency.

# Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox EasyWatch-6.0.2.opm

# Settings

Enable Ticket::Watcher through admin settings.

# Usage

# Put a "Watcher" on the ticket

To select a "Watcher" for the ticket, find and select the text box on the right side of the screen.

Once in the text box, type "@", and two more letters of the desired username.

Select the user by clicking on, and now the user will be following the ticket, and an icon will be added in the upper left field.

# Remove a "Watcher" from the call.

To remove a "Watcher" from the ticket, click the X next to the user.
